TSL Interviews … Vince Cable on climate change, carbon and a green economy

In March 2010, we travelled to Westminster to interview Vince Cable, then Lib Dem Shadow Chancellor, in the lead-up to the General Election. Cable is now Business Secretary in the new Conservative-Lib Dem coalition government.
