Spiru Haret High School Moinesti wins TSL 2015 Schools Sustainability Challenge

The Trust for Sustainable Living is delighted to announce that the winner of the TSL 2015 Schools Sustainability Challenge is Spiru Haret High School Moinesti, from Romania.

Here is the winning entry:

In recognition of its achievement, the school was awarded the 2015 Schools Sustainability Challenge Trophy and a cash prize of £500 to help support the school’s future sustainability initiatives.

The runners up were:

  • 5th Place – TED Mersin College, Turkey
  • 4th Place – Okehampton College, UK
  • 3rd Place – Jephthah Comprehensive Secondary School, Nigeria
  • 2nd Place – Scoala Elf, Romania

The 2nd Place winner, Scoala Elf, also received £100.

Registration for the 2016 Schools Sustainability Challenge will open on September 1st, 2015.
