Living Rainforest teams up with Young Vic theatre’s ‘Amazonia’

This winter, The Living Rainforest is teaming up with London’s Young Vic theatre to help raise awareness of the amazing Amazon.

If you’re looking for a hassle-free Christmas present for all the family, look no further than Amazônia. Based in Waterloo, the Young Vic theatre’s dazzling show is ideal festive fare for all the family.

Amazonia is Christmas, Brazilian style!

Imagine … Deep in the Rainforest, life is changing for the villagers of Todos Os Santos. Danger and desire are unleashed and the Amazon trembles.

Can the spirits of the forest save our heroes? Will you be one of them?

A unique festive experience for all the family. Inspired by Brazilian people’s hero Chico Mendes, Brazilian and British theatre artists come together to create a spectacular Amazonian adventure.

Created by Colin Teevan and Paul Heritage, Amazonia runs from 27th November to 24th January and features music and dance, laughter and adventure.
